'Evidence Based Revision' for the MRCPsych exams

Papers II Course

The  BRAND NEW course for Papers II exam is a comprehensive revision course comprising of an intensive weekend course, and an online course. The course for both Paper I  & II will be held over a weekend, with the course for Paper I held on the Saturday, and the course for the Paper II on the Sunday. Both the courses can be booked individually or together. Our course will provide the most comprehensive and updated revision for the exams and will reflect the topics that are being tested in the new format of the exams.

1. Comprehensive weekend course:

The weekend course will provide an ideal opportunity for candidates to gain conceptual understanding of syllabus required for the exam. Teaching for the MCQs ( 1 from 5 best answer ) and Extended matching items (EMIs) will be based on the question from the previous College exams. Detailed handouts will be provided for all the subjects covered in the course.

The BOFs and course materials are being comprehensively updated to reflect the themes being tested in the recent college exam. A separate section on Genetics and Epidemiology is being developed, and the sections on Neurosciences, and Research methods undergoing comprehensive updating.

2. Online revision course:

Candidates registering for the Papers I  & II written course, will be provided with an online version of the course. The whole online course is EVIDENCE BASED with each and every question being provided with detailed explanations and the evidence for the answers (standard textbooks including page numbers and editions, journal reference etc.) If in doubt about our answers, they can be easily verified against the reference provided.
