Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Paper I, II & III courses:For cancellations within seven days of having applied for these courses, you will get full refund. Any cancellations done after seven days of applying for the course, and having been provided a place no refunds will be made. In case you have accessed the online course which come as part of the Written courses, no refunds will be made.
CASC Course:
For cancellations within seven days of having applied for these courses, you will get full refund. Any cancellations done after seven days of applying for the course, and having been provided a place no refunds will be made.
Candidates who have registered for the OSCE course will receive a full refund (minus £20 admin fees) in the unfortunate event of them being unsuccessful in the written exams. The seven day limit does not apply in this case.
Online Courses & Mock exams:
You can get full refund within seven days of booking an online course including the mock exams, provided you have not accessed them. If you have accessed the online courses/mock exams you have paid for, then no refunds will be made. In case of technical problems, every effort will be made to correct these within a 24 hour period. Issues beyond human control have to be taken into account, but we do promise to be as helpful as possible.
If a candidate contravenes the terms and conditions of use of the websites, then we have the right to cancel their access to the courses, and no refunds will be made in those circumstances.
No refund will be made for candidates' failure to attend the courses.
A FINAL WORD: We're of course flexible, so If there are extraordinary personal circumstances that prevent you from attending the course, please do drop us an email, and at our discretion you may be entitled to a refund or the fees can be carried forward to the next course. A gentle reminder that this is at our discretion and the above cancellation policy is applicable otherwise.
